If your church is willing to display the following message on your bulletin or message boards for at least a week, take a picture and email it to us at Correspondence@nphcchicago.org with your location and contact information, you will be entered into a contest to win a donation for your census outreach.

Low performing areas are Blue Island, Chicago Heights, Dixmoor, Ford Heights, Harvey, Phoenix, Riverdale and Robbins. Low performing zip codes are 60605, 60616, 60617, 60619, 60620 and 60649.
